The book ""Yours, Mine, No One's, and Other Stories"" is a short story about our ""Soviet"" traumas through the lens of a female perspective. It deals with overcoming the collective ""Soviet October youth"" that, even three decades after the collapse of the USSR, is still passed down to new generations of Ukrainians. And it’s not only passed down to those born during the time of Soviet rule, not only to those who grew up and gained life experience in a time with distorted morals and ethics, but also to those born in independent Ukraine, yet raised in the molds and narratives of Soviet visions, traditions, and relationships.

This book of essays emphasizes that modern Ukraine is impossible without understanding its own past, which, although it cannot be changed, can be reflected upon, comprehended, and lead to the correct conclusions that will help heal old wounds.
