In the Christmas chapter you can find recipes such as saffron scented Lucia buns, French nougat, and traditional Danish kransekage.
Behind Juno the Bakery are Swedish Emil Glaser and his wife Nina Schmiegelow. In 2017 the couple opened the doors to the neighbourhood bakery at Århusgade 48 in Copenhagen. The goal is simple: the best ingredients, gentle preparation, and pure, delicious flavours.
