This monograph is the outcome of research spanning the years 2018-2019, and was initiated by the editor, Hana Stehlíková Babyrádová, in cooperation with the departments of fine arts and art education in Canadian, British and German universities. The aim of the project was to collect and publish contributions from renowned experts in the field of art education theory on the key theme of the connection between the current climate of information society, contemporary art and contemporary art education.
