The European Rail Timetable is produced in two editions. Twice a year the "Blue Cover" version is issued as a seasonal summary of intercity passenger train services worldwide, with details in Europe current to December 1 for the winter version and June 1 for the summer version. The "Red Cover" edition updates all European material each month, (and therefore can be more timely), but does not contain the complete summaries for other parts of the world. Amazon only posts a photo/link to the semi-annual "Blue Cover" version, but both versions can be purchased and availability of Blue or Red is noted on the individual listing details.
