About the Author
Tony Chiodo worked as an apprentice at Mietta's in Melbourne with Jacques Reymond before studying at the Italian institute of traditional cuisine in Milan and working in some of Italy's top restaurants. He first became interested in natural foods while studying Ayurveda and yoga overseas, and after a stint at Wild Rice Wholefoods Caf , he embarked on his own wholefoods adventure with Caf Angelica in Kew, Melbourne. Tony is a qualified macrobiotic and wholefoods teacher, inspiring others to integrate natural foods into their daily lives through his Eating Well classes and regular articles in The Age's 'Epicure' and Australian Natural Health.
