In the bawdy sex comedy NATIONAL LAMPOON'S ADAM AND EVE, college student Adam falls for the gorgeous Eve, who intends to keep hold of her virginity until she feels the time is right. As time passes, Adam becomes increasingly frustrated at the situation, especially as his friends are frequently scoring and hot female students are coming onto him. Adam has to decide whether he can face the prospect of going through college celibate. NATIONAL LAMPOON'S ADAM AND EVE follows in the tradition of the National Lampoon titles ANIMAL HOUSE and VAN WILDER, as well as the AMERICAN PIE films. Sexual references, nudity and gross-out humour is prevalent. Jeff Kanew has experience in this territory, having directed the similarly humoured REVENGE OF THE NERDS. The film stars Cameron Douglas--son of Michael Douglas--as the frustrated Adam. Emmanuelle Chriqui (WRONG TURN) plays Eve, a character intent on holding onto her virginity. NATIONAL LAMPOON'S ADAM AND EVE is a fun US college sex comedy that has a talented young cast--including Dustin Hoffman's son Jake--who breeze through the familiar plot and setting with plenty of charm.
