The Prophecy (John Kilgallon)
Allison & Busby: Breathless, ingenious plot, the segments with Adel, Omari and Akram are classic Hosseini territory, give the reader an Islamic rather than purely western view on terrorism rare in thriller fiction. And one of the most poignant and ironic links to 9/11 and its aftermath that I've ever read in a book. Came completely out of the blue and so had all the more impact, literally took my breath away.
A clever premise for an epic page-turner written with wit, compassion (and) highly evolved characters. --Daily Telegraph
A tightly written novel from new author Kilgallon sees him walk straight into the big league with a masterful tale of international intrigue and espionage. --Crime Squad
How you would feel if the book you'd written started to come true? This is a chilling and thrilling novel, one in which real people start to wonder if they are insane, and have to come to terms with a terrifying reality that threatens their own life. Mesmerising.
A stolen manuscript. New York Author Sam Tynnan is violently assaulted and his new thriller wiped from his computer.
