Yoga for Pregnancy and Childbirth takes women through a series of Yoga exercises and relaxation techniques. User-friendly, accessible and effective, it aims to help women achieve a greater sense of well-being and confidence throughout pregnancy. It is devised and presented by Wendy Teasdill, a yoga practitioner, writer and teacher with over twenty-five years experience. She has travelled widely and given birth to three children. She is qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga (the governing body for Yoga in Great Britain), for whom she trains teachers to teach Pregnancy Yoga. Pregnancy Yoga is an ever-expanding bloom whose roots remain securely in the ground: drawing on the spectrum of techniques to be found within the Yoga tradition, Wendy teaches with firm foundations and a light touch.
